Here is a wonderful hour-long talk by Michael Pollan at Authors@Google. Prof. Pollan tries to introduce solutions to the dilemma presented by The Omnivore’s Dilemma. His proposed solution can be distilled down to 7 words and can be found on the front of his latest book — Eat Food. Not Too Much. Mostly Plants. I really need to read this book.
Hat Tip to Jeremy Zawodny for leading me to this video.

Eat food
Not too much
Mostly plants.
That’s almost a Haiku. Here’s what it might look like with a traditional Haiku syllable pattern:
Eat genuine food
In healthy and good portions
The green ones are best
I think the shorter version is better.
[GRIN]
I love it when you stop by.
